I cycled down "Home Jerome" the other morning - left one of my cycling partners to go down the tar - it is great - just cleared enough to remain a challenge - raw - unplugged!
Great to see that someone is doing something with our amazing MTB area around Howick! Been living in the UK for the past four years, plan to cone back for good some day and I'm glad there is a local club to join! Good Effort!
Coming out for a five week holiday in August so may take a sneaky peak at the trails around the curries post rd/ teichmans.
Hi, Ed, Get hold of some of the club members when you arrive - our mapping project is still in progress and will be uncomplete then - but we could always be available to ride with you and show you the way!
Trails are all in good nick - survived the first summer rainstorms well and are a pleasure to ride . . . please encourage more folks to become members to keep this good thing going!
We have a team out clearing most of the week. Gregs has been cleared this week. Will be working on The Mother & Rattler next and then Teichmans.

The winter is one the way out - the mornings are getting less frosty - and the tracks are all in great condition.
